Lexington, S.C. — A car ended up in a ravine following a vehicular crash on Old Chapin Road near Waverly Court, resulting in brief lane closures and rerouting of traffic to Snelgrove Road.
The Lexington Police Department (LPD) confirmed the incident, reporting that the driver of the car, who was found to be at fault, was rushed to the hospital by the Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Further investigations led the authorities to issue citations to the driver for Reckless Driving and Unlawful Passing.
