Joe Walker III has been involved in the restaurant business for years, previously owning several franchises, including Scooter’s Coffee and Marco’s Pizza. And last but not least, Ryan Jones, who has experience as a general manager at Hall’s Chophouse in Columbia, rounds out this skilled trio.
