And let’s not forget about Clemson’s tough loss at home and the close encounter between the Carolina women’s basketball team and Michigan in Las Vegas on Monday! What a time to be a sports fan in South Carolina!

But guess what? This weekend, the South Carolina football and women’s basketball teams will be out of town, which means it’s time for you to explore some amazing non-sports activities right here in our beloved city. Ready to dive into the weekend plans? Let’s take a look!

Something’s Afoot at Town Theatre

Get ready to put on your detective hat because Something’s Afoot is showing at the Town Theatre! This mystery thriller kicks off at 7:30 p.m. daily (except Halloween) at 1012 Sumter St. Join ten strangers, trapped in an English mansion during a storm, as they start to meet their doom one by one. Can you solve the mystery before it’s too late?

Art Lovers Rejoice!

If you’re an art enthusiast, be sure to check out the Tim Turner: Songs of Celebration Exhibit at City Art Gallery, open from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. This impressive showcase features large-scale abstract paintings that celebrate life’s simple pleasures.
