In a recent announcement, Midland’s own Birch Home Builders has acquired leasing rights to an office space in Irmo, South Carolina. The leased premises comprises a 1,547-square-foot office building located at 7436 Broad River Road.
The leasing party acting on behalf of Birch Home Builders was RB Todd Properties. Mary Winter Teaster from Colliers South Carolina represented them in this deal. Earlier this year, Teaster had assisted RB Todd Properties in acquiring the office building. After the acquisition, she was entrusted with the task of finding a suitable tenant for the property, eventually leading to this leasing agreement with Birch Home Builders.
As per the released statement, limitations imposed by the Property Owner’s Association restricted the scope of potential lessees for the building. Despite these constraints, the use of all available marketing tools ensured an impressive pool of professional prospects was brought forward. Given the building’s prime location and its numerous features, Birch Home Builders emerged as the most fitting choice for the premises.
Founded in 2020, Birch Home Builders is a reputable custom home builder operating out of Midlands. It lays importance on infusing custom home building’s high-quality finishes with the efficiencies and processes typical of track home construction.
Mary Winter Teaster, the senior brokerage associate with Colliers South Carolina, specializes in user commercial property transactions throughout the Midlands region, with a focus on Richland and Lexington counties. She also dedicates her efforts towards local small businesses, women-owned businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise and understanding of the market was instrumental in this lease agreement.
This lease agreement signals a positive outlook for the regional real estate market and signifies further growth opportunities for Midlands based businesses. The new premises lease will allow Birch Home Builders to expand their operations and provide their professional services to a wider customer base in the Irmo area.
