The city of Cayce transformed into a festive wonderland this past Saturday evening, as thousands of excited residents poured onto 12th street for the annual Holiday Parade of Lights. A holiday shuttle made its rounds between Cayce and West Columbia, allowing folks to explore local shops, galleries, and eateries without worrying about parking.
