The proposed site for this new Circle K is just about a mile east of Lexington High School. This is a bustling area, with approximately 24,000 cars zooming by every day! According to the Lexington County Planning Commission’s agenda, this exciting new project has already made its appearance in the September and October packets. It seems that the wheels are starting to turn! The property is under the care of Cason Development Group. In a recent chat about the project, Frank Cason, CEO of Cason Development, mentioned that indeed, this Circle K venture is still in the very early stages. While everyone is eager, we might have to hold our horses a bit as construction is not expected to kick off until around 2025.
