Facing the unfortunate task of demolition is the existing building and parking garage, previously home to the beloved Toasty Hotspot restaurant. Fear not, food lovers; the restaurant has successfully relocated to Five Points and is ready to continue serving its loyal patrons while the new plans unfold.

The goal of this new headquarters isn’t solely about expanding the credit union’s presence; it’s also about making downtown Columbia a more welcoming place. With approximately 84,000 members and a dedicated team of 315 employees, Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union is already a significant player in the community, managing assets totaling around $1.3 billion.
