The much-anticipated School of Medicine and Research building is set to break ground in 2025, with a massive 300,000-square-foot space expected to be completed by 2027. This facility aims to be a hub for innovation and research, changing the way we approach medicine in the area.

Additionally, a nursing simulation center, in partnership with the USC College of Nursing and Lexington Medical Center, is scheduled to open in 2024. This 52,000-square-foot facility will help train future nursing professionals with cutting-edge technology and realistic training scenarios!

This project is expected to revitalize the area and bring new businesses, housing, and life to the community.

We’re also seeing more residential options in the BullStreet District. The Bennett at BullStreet has started leasing, welcoming over 500 residents to what is the largest urban redevelopment project on the East Coast.
