According to the arrest warrants, Truluck reportedly provided alcohol to a 15-year-old student and engaged in sexual abuse. The investigation started after the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department sought a forensic interview from the Dickerson Children’s Advocacy Center, indicating that there was serious concern regarding the safety of students.
The allegations state that Truluck picked up the student from high school, and they used a fake name on Snapchat to interact. In addition to the primary charge, he faces further accusations of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Following his arrest, Truluck was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
A magistrate judge granted Truluck a conditional bond of $45,000, with strict conditions. These include notifying the court about any changes in address, avoiding contact with the victim’s family, refraining from social media activities, not being allowed unsupervised contact with minors, and not returning to the victim’s residence.
