Stephanie and Bryan Couch are taking over this local treasure, promising to bring a wave of freshness and enthusiasm to our beloved health hotspot.

With their roots firmly planted in the Lexington area, the Couch family is ready to dive headfirst into their new adventure. Stephanie and Bryan Couch come with a rich history of promoting health and wellness, aiming to inspire our community members to chase their nutrition dreams. Their passion is infectious, and everyone in the surrounding towns of Cayce, West Columbia, Chapin, and Irmo is buzzing with excitement!
Day-to-day operations at The Lex will be under the caring guidance of their daughter, Skyler Couch. Bursting with energy and a genuine love for serving people, Skyler’s goal is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like family. She’s committed to providing top-notch experiences for new visitors and loyal patrons alike.
A Grand Celebration!
To kick off this new chapter, The Lex threw a grand opening event on Saturday, November 23, 2024, and boy, was it a hit! The doors swung open at 10 a.m., inviting locals to bask in the festive spirit. Guests enjoyed delectable samples of health-focused drinks and snacks, each sip and bite designed to tantalize those taste buds while being nutritious.
But that’s not all! Raffles added to the excitement, with prizes that had everyone buzzing with anticipation. It was a morning filled with laughter, great conversations, and plenty of chances to get to know the new faces behind the counter. Whether you’re from Pine Ridge, Swansea, or even as far as Batesburg-Leesville, everyone was invited to join the fun!

The Lex isn’t just a place to grab a quick health drink; it’s a community hub. The Couches have big plans to keep the vibe alive and vibrant. They promise to keep the menu diverse and aligned with current health trends, ensuring that there’s something delicious for everyone.
Located in the Shoppes at Flight Deck at 109-P Old Chapin Road, The Lex operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.. So whether you’re just starting your morning in Lake Murray or wrapping up a busy day in Red Bank/White Knoll, they’ve got you covered!
