Running through October 30, this event takes place each evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. The zoo is transformed with all things spooky, offering activities like an Eery Freaky DJ dance party, a fun-filled mummy maze, and, of course, plenty of trick-or-treating opportunities throughout the zoo grounds. Bring your family and experience a night of wonder and joy among the animals!

Gaston Police Department’s Boo Bash

If you’re looking for a local community celebration, head to the Gaston Police Department’s Boo Bash this Saturday, October 26, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Gaston Town Hall on North Carlisle Street. Enjoy a lively evening filled with trick-or-treating and various vendors showcasing their goods. Attendees are encouraged to come in costumes for added fun, and just like the other events, this one is free of charge!

For the Brave: The Deceased Farm Haunted Attraction

Deceased Farm Haunted Attraction located on Olde Farm Road in Lexington. It runs until November 2, showcasing a self-guided tour through not just one—but six terrifying buildings, along with three intense outdoor areas and creepy cornfields! You can brave this spooky adventure from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays, and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, with a slightly shorter night on Sundays.
