Parking Tip!
Heads up! If you’re planning to use Columbia’s public parking spaces this weekend, you’ll be happy to know that the city is offering free parking. However, there are a couple of exceptions, so keep that in mind if you’re heading to the Holiday Lights on the River at Saluda Shoals Park, which runs from 6-10 p.m.

- Holiday Lights on the River: You’ll find a dazzling display of lights alongside fun activities like the Winter Wonder Tube Slide and visits with Santa himself!
- Tim Turner: Songs of Celebration Exhibit: Dive into the world of large-scale abstract paintings at the City Art Gallery. Open Monday-Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday until 3 p.m.
- Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 4D: Catch an exclusive screening at the South Carolina State Museum this week. It runs various times from Tuesday to Sunday!
- Children’s Garden Christmas: Drive through Edisto Memorial Gardens to see thousands of lights and interactive displays that promise fun for the whole family from 5-10 p.m.
