Students Bring Holiday Cheer to Columbia’s Governor’s Mansion with Festive Décor

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Holiday Spirit is in the Air!

Christmas bells are starting to ring in COLUMBIA, South Carolina! The holiday season is officially kicking off, and what better way to spread cheer than by bringing a dash of festive décor to the Governor’s Mansion? That’s right, on Monday morning, December 2, students from the enthusiastic Gilbert High School along with the wonderful folks from Penland Christmas Tree Farm brought a bit of nature’s beauty right to the heart of the state!

Decking the Halls with Christmas Trees and Poinsettias

As students loaded up their vehicles with carefully selected Christmas trees and the vibrant red and white poinsettias, the excitement could be felt all around. The students were beams of joy, knowing they were contributing to the festive spirit in such a big way. Watching them unload the beautifully adorned trees and the cheerful poinsettias at the Governor’s Mansion was a sight to behold! It’s not just about the decoration, but also about creating memories and a sense of accomplishment.
