Irmo’s Annual Merchant Treat Trail Promises Spooktacular Fun for Families on October 30

Get Ready for Some Spooktacular Fun in Irmo!

If you’re looking for a fun-filled evening in Irmo this Halloween season, look no further than the annual Merchant Treat Trail! Organized by Saint Michael Lutheran Church, a proud member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), the event promises to be a highlight for both kids and their families. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 30, and get ready to enjoy a delightful evening from 5–7 p.m. at the Irmo Village Shopping Center, located at 7571 Saint Andrews Road.

What to Expect

This year, we’re thrilled to have a fortune teller join in on the festivities. Who knows what magical insights may await you? For those who are interested in community safety, both the Irmo Fire District and the Irmo Police Department will be present. They’ll even be offering child safety seat checks, so make sure to take advantage of this free service while enjoying all the fun to be had!

Shop and Support Local

In addition to the treats, visitors can enjoy checking out local businesses that will be participating in the event. The shops at the Irmo Shopping Center include a variety of services and products, from dance classes at Southern Strutt Dance and martial arts at Legacy Martial Arts to custom framing at RAMCO Framing. Need some pampering? Stop by Carolina Tan Factory or Kathy’s Kreations for a touch of relaxation or creativity.

Be sure to swing by Craft & Draft, where you might find local beers and unique gifts, or head over to Burn Boot Camp if you’re looking to kickstart your fitness regime! And for our cycling enthusiasts, Outspokin Bicycles is a must-visit. Some businesses are expected to stay open later that evening, so look out for special offers and promotions!

A Free Community Event

The best part? This wonderful event is completely free! Yes, you read that right—no tickets needed and everyone is invited to join in the Halloween fun. Just show up with your costume, grab a bag for treats, and get ready to make some memories with family and friends.

Need More Information?

If you have any questions or need further details, don’t hesitate to reach out! You can contact the church office at 803-781-0229 or send an email to stmichael1816@gmail.com. The team behind the Merchant Treat Trail would be more than happy to help you get ready for this exciting community event.

So grab your Halloween spirit and get ready for a delightful evening full of tricks, treats, and community cheer at the Irmo Village Shopping Center. We can’t wait to see what fabulous costumes everyone will wear this year!
