The brainchild behind this exciting venture is Eli Lykes, a retired Army veteran who has strong roots in Columbia. He shared that the idea for Lexington Paintball was sparked by his desire to create a fun, safe place for the community to enjoy. Eli’s passion for bringing people together through friendly competition really shines through in his words. “Come out and play, bring the kids and family members, or even business organizations that would like to do team building events… this is something for all different age groups,” he emphasizes.
What to Expect
Lexington Paintball is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To ensure everyone has a fantastic experience, the facility operates on a reservations-only basis during the week. However, weekends are perfect for individual players to join in on the fun without prior reservations. The paintball fields currently cover about 2.5 acres of the total 15 acres available, which allows for thrilling matches with 50-60 players at a time.
