The Lexington Sporting Club will square off against Tampa Bay Sun FC at the newly-built Lexington SC Stadium, marking an unparalleled milestone in the expansion of women’s professional soccer in Kentucky. Commencing at 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 8, the match day promises to be one that will be etched in the city’s sporting history.

Heightened Expectations for the Super League Kickoff

The men’s team of Lexington SC is also gearing up to participate in the USL League One, which falls under the third division men’s professional soccer bracket in the U.S. The club has been simultaneously working on the construction of its formal performance center and training fields, while completing the work on its new stadium.
