The individual in question, a black female, is distinctly noticeable as she was clad in dark Nike shorts and a red t-shirt that day. Two standout hair clips, white in color, adorned her hair adding to her identifiable characteristics. Reports highlight the fact that she was last seen entering and exiting the facility in a silver Chevrolet Silverado, visible in the same surveillance footage.
