Introducing Canal Coffee Co.

Say hello to Canal Coffee Co., a hot new addition to the Lexington coffee scene! This rapidly growing company, which already has established locations across the Carolinas and Florida, is gearing up to open at 510 Columbia Ave.. You’ll find a large, eye-catching sign at the property announcing that this awesome coffee joint is “brewing soon.” It looks like they’re on their way to becoming a local favorite!

When Can You Get Your Coffee Fix?

Now, we know many of you are already daydreaming about that frothy cup of joe, but here’s the buzz—the actual opening date for the Lexington Canal Coffee has not yet been officially announced. However, if you take a stroll past the site, you might spot construction work underway. The workers were busy on Monday morning, getting everything ready to serve you your future caffeine cravings! ☕️

They’re Bringing the Flavor!

Canal Coffee Co. is not just any coffee shop. With eight existing locations already in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida, they’re on a mission to provide coffee lovers with a wide variety of delicious brews. In South Carolina, they have quaint spots on Summit Parkway in Columbia, Broad River Road in Irmo, and Main Street in South Congaree near the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.

So, what will you find on the menu when you pop in? Get ready for a delightful selection of both traditional and specialty coffees. They even have seasonal offerings like the fall harvest cold brew, which combines cold brew with brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin. Yes, please! To top it off, they add shortbread cold foam for a treat that’s sure to warm your heart.
