The team behind this ambitious project is none other than Hurricane Builders, a company that has already made a name for itself with 11 subdivisions in and around Columbia. Developer Scott Morrison mentioned that while they hope to have homes ready for you by the end of next year, it may take until 2026 before everything is move-in ready.
