Friends and family will gather to celebrate Nadine’s remarkable life on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine, located at 3926 Devine St., Columbia, SC 29205. It’s expected to be a heartfelt tribute filled with love and cherished memories, as loved ones come together to honor the woman who brightened their lives.

A Lifelong Learner

Nadine was a proud graduate of Cardinal Newman High School and went on to earn her Master’s degree in English from Columbia College. Her passion for words, and her unrelenting thirst for knowledge defined her character. She dedicated her career to the Richland Two School District, where she tirelessly devoted her time to educating and inspiring students while fostering a positive environment for her colleagues. Her commitment to enriching the lives of students reflected her deep love for learning and sharing her insights.

Family at Heart

Survived by her son, Michael Jordan, and his partner, Bonnie, as well as her daughter, Emily Jordan, Nadine adored her family more than anything else in the world. She was also a proud grandmother to four cherished grandchildren who undoubtedly brought her immeasurable joy. Time spent with her children and grandchildren were the happiest moments for Nadine—a true testament to her deep love for family.

A Spirit Like No Other

From a young age, Nadine was known for her exuberance and vivaciousness. Whether it was her time spent swimming or cheering for her school, her enthusiasm never wavered. She was described by those close to her as having a beautiful, crazy, bubbly personality, easy to love, and equipped with a great sense of humor. Nadine’s contagious laughter resonated through the rooms she brightened, and it’s those memories that will linger in the hearts of her loved ones forever.

Nadine cherished every moment with family, always seeking to create lasting memories. Her passion for shopping and discovering new places often led to fun adventures with those she held dear. Each experience was an opportunity for connection, laughter, and, most importantly, love.
