Garcia arrived at the lottery headquarters on a bright Friday afternoon to claim his prize. After the required federal and state tax withholdings, he went home with a stunning amount of $143,001. Garcia revealed his plans to pay off some pending bills and, most importantly, to share his newfound wealth with his family.
