Family of USC Student Killed in Columbia Announces Scholarships in His Honor

The family of a University of South Carolina (USC) student, Nicholas Donofrio, who was shot and killed in Columbia’s Rosewood neighborhood, has announced the creation of scholarships in his honor. The scholarships will be awarded to students at Daniel Hand High School in Madison and USC. The GoFundMe campaign set up to support the scholarships has raised over $140,000. The Donofrio family expressed their gratitude for the generosity of donors, stating that Nick’s legacy will live on through these scholarships.
